While most homes tested are a flat fee; by regulation some larger homes require multiple testing equipment. Contact us for an immediate and free estimate. We can email you the estimate within minutes!
We offer service in the following counties: Franklin, Delaware, Licking , Fairfield, Union, Madison, Pickaway, Muskingum, and Knox.
We offer a Federal and State certified radon tests that can be used for mortgage companies, home buyers and sellers offering peace of mind or next step radon mitigation. We provide you with reliable measurements with Sun Nuclear USA Radon Meters. Our radon test is a 48 hour minimum Active continuous radon monitor, certified and calibrated annually to State of Ohio requirements. A comprehensive radon report is provided within hours of completion.
The cost of our radon test service varies depending on appointment time or need. Same day appointments, nights, weekends and holidays may have a surcharge. Price range is between $125-$200. Contact us for a customized quote. Our payment servicer accepts all credit cards, debit cards and checking accounts. Paper checks accepted only as advance payment for service.
At this time we do not provide remediation service but can recommend to our customers, several excellent providers to meet your needs. This will be discussed after test results are provided.
